ABOUT Aimé Inclusive Care

Who we are

Aimé Inclusive Care is a social care and wellbeing service founded to respond to the growing need for specialist, inclusive and ethical support for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The organisation was created by practitioners with frontline experience in complex behavioural support, community inclusion and safeguarding.

We exist because too many families face:

  • inconsistent support

  • lack of specialist care

  • over-reliance on emergency services

  • limited access to inclusive spaces

Our aim is to build safe, professional and human-centred alternatives.

Our mission

Our mission is to protect, support and empower children with SEND and their families, by delivering high-quality, evidence-informed and ethically grounded services.

We aim to:

  • improve emotional wellbeing and behavioural regulation

  • increase community inclusion and social participation

  • reduce isolation for families

  • prevent crisis escalation

  • promote dignity, safety and autonomy

Our approach

Our work is based on:

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Neurodiversity-affirming values

  • Safeguarding and risk-aware frameworks

  • Relational and strengths-based support

  • Continuous learning and reflective practice

We believe every child deserves:

  • to feel safe

  • to be understood

  • to be respected

  • to have access to meaningful opportunities

Professional standards

Aimé Inclusive Care operates under strict professional principles:

  • Enhanced DBS compliance

  • Safeguarding policies

  • Insurance and liability cover

  • Confidentiality and data protection

  • Clear boundaries and accountability

We do not operate informally or casually.

Our services are structured, professional and transparent.

Our long-term vision

Our long-term vision is to develop scalable, community-based inclusive infrastructure, including:

  • Inclusive play and development centres

  • Specialist practitioner networks

  • Pilot programmes for high-risk needs

  • Partnerships with councils and institutions

  • Policy-relevant models for SEND inclusion

We aim to become a reference organisation for inclusive child support in the UK.
